Chi Kung es un termino chino que describe varios sistemas también chinos de entrenamiento mental, de auto iluminación y artes marciales.
Una traducción rudimentaria sería: “ Chi”: energia vital que unifica la vitalidad física con la energía espiritual de cada individuo.
“Kung” arte o actividad bien realizado.
Por tanto Chi kung seria un sistema de entrenamiento dirigido a perfeccionar la simbiosis de la energía física y la espiritual a través de ejercicios específicos unificados con una sistematización respiratoria.
Este curso comprende series de ejercicios físico-respiratorios de 2 tipos de Chi Kung
5 Elementos: ejercicios Ying y yan para los 5 órganos internos del cuerpo: hígado, riñón, corazón, estomago y pulmón y su relación concordante con los 5 elementos: Tierra, metal, fuego, madera y agua, así como el color en específico de cada elemento-órgano
12 Meridianos: Series de ejercicios Ying y Yan, para mejorar los 12 canales circulatorios energéticos que posee el cuerpo humano de acuerdo a los cánones de medicina tradicional oriental.

Chi Kung is the Chinese term used to describe various Chinese system of physical and mental training for health, martial arts and self-enlightenment.
It could be said that Chi Kung or Qigong “Chi” involved the meaning of “breathing”, “air”, “gas” and “vapour” but it can also be used in the context of describing the relationship between matter, energy and spirit. The definition for the word “Kung” is that of achievement or results. The two words are combined to describe systems and methods of “energy cultivation” and the manipulation of intrinsic energy within living organisms.
This seminar is based on 2 types of Chi Kung
5 Elements: Ying - Yan exercises involving the 5 major organs of the human body: Kidneys, stomach, lungs, heart, liver and their relation with the 5 natural elements: earth, wind, metal, water, wood as well as their related color.
12 Meridians: series of Ying - Yan execercises involving 12 energy channels which function is to be the “mainstream” of vital energy circulation in accordance to traditional oriental medicine.
